To receive your Cash Back you need to accept the following terms and conditions and then complete all the required details on the online Cash Back Redemption Form.

Hong Kong Cash Back T&C
1. The “CASH BACK” promotion is an Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd (MYOB exclusive master distributor for Hong Kong and Macau) offer only valid in Hong Kong & Macau.

2. The “CASH BACK” offer is only available to new Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd customers purchasing MYOB Accounting, MYOB Premier, MYOB PremierPlus, MYOB RetailBasics or MYOB RetailManager between 1st February 2010 and 31st March 2010.

3. “CASH BACK” will only be issued to first 100 customers who have registered (via fax or online) their MYOB software between 1st February till 2010 31st March 2010.

4. Payment will be made by the 15th May 2010 provided the customer has supplied the completed “CASH BACK” online redemption form with clear and correct details. Incomplete redemptions will not be accepted.

5. Payment will be made via direct credit by ABSS Pte Ltd.

6. Lead time of bank clearance for your payment is within 10 days.

7. The participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the redemption form via e-mail.

8. Value of “CASH BACK” is as follows:

9. The “CASH BACK” cannot be granted to any participant who:
a . Has not purchased a product within 1st February to 31st March 2010; and/or
b . Has not registered their product by 31st March 2010.
c . Has not submitted their redemption form by 31st March 2010; and/or


10. The “CASH BACK” will only be paid upon satisfaction by Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd of these terms and conditions. By completing the redemption form, customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. All claims are subject to terms and conditions set out herewith and claims which do not conform to these terms and conditions will be void.

12. “CASH BACK” applications become and remain the property of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd upon receipt, and remain property of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd.

13. Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd or its agents.

14. Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.

15. This promotion is not valid with any other promotion or purchases of Upgrades, Site and Sub-Licenses, MYOB licenses and MYOB Datafiles.

16. Cashback is non transferable to any other company name.

17. Under no circumstances will late “CASH BACK” claims be processed.
