Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Department

Responsibilities

  1. To handle inbound calls from all customers with high level quality and efficiency.

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in

  1. Timely and accurate information given related to sales enquiries, registrations ,activations and others
  2. Accurately capture interactions, registrations and leads received in CRM,webmail & portal
  3. Upsell and cross sell MYOB products and services
  4. Achieve agreed minimum insight sales revenue targets based on sales quotes created.
  5. Handle emails and faxes during peak within CS team

Key attributes required

  1. Excellent written and spoken English
  2. Ability to multi task
  3. Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages
  4. Ability to multi task
  5. Driven and able to perform under pressure
  6. Resourceful and highly independent
  7. Ability to work in a team

KPIs will be measured monthly and quarterly which include

  1. Ability to keep up to SLA
  2. Quality audits and measures
  3. Sales target

Qualification and Experience:

  1. A high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT /networking or Finance/Accounting.
  2. Minimum 1 year exposure in customer service functions
  3. Preferred knowledge in using Windows & Microsoft Office
  4. Must be able to demonstrate first hand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description

Technical Service Representative

Customer Service Department

Responsibilities

  1. To provide quality service to Business Support customers through inbound calls and emails

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in

  1. Timely and accurate information given on technical enquiries received from Business Support Customers
  2. Accurately capture interactions in CRM,webmail & portal
  3. Handle back end data file repair and file maintenance processes
  4. Capture and report product defects or improvement requests from customers

Key attributes required

  1. Excellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to multi task
  2. Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages
  3. Driven and able to perform under pressure
  4. Resourceful and highly independent
  5. Ability to work in a team
